Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to you based on product availability. We have fulfillment centers in Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and China to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide.
How long will shipping take?
European orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders in the US usually arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Are building instructions included?
Yes. Every set includes clear building instructions so you can start building right away.
Are all pieces included?
All sets are inspected before shipment to ensure completeness. If any pieces are missing, our support team will send replacements promptly and free of charge.
What if my set arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Can I return my set?
Yes. Unopened sets can be returned within 14 days of delivery in compliance with European consumer rights. For US and Canada orders, returns are accepted within 30 days.
